                          Operating Model:

Its functioning/creative process: Tim Bevan explains that "We're very hands-on in terms of the evolution of the screenplay; getting it to the point of where we're happy to turn it into a film. About 80% of our time is spent on script development because if you don't get that part right, the rest of the process is a waste of time". This gives us an understanding that Working Title operates differently from the majority of production companies which is probably why they are successful and because of their method, there was a comment about the feature of the movie Four Weddings and a Funeral has been gone through dozens of rewrites before going into the actual production which ended as a success.Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner's opinion towards their method relating to Hollywood is that its being missed there these days as they tend to just start a production without setting on the final script and just finishing it with finding a star to complete the movie.

The team:Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner, both make the big decisions together but they work individually on the movies. The duo are known to maintain a very low profile even though they are successful film figures and they are also known for having good teamwork since they fill any gaps in either one of their personalities, therefore they are conscient and they are aware of their strengths and weaknesses. This has helped them having the ability with management of money and the counting of having a bright future towards more success. Their bounding has also helped them in consisting a loyal friendship with people that works with them, people such as: Tim Robbins, Hugh Grant, the Coen brothers, Rowan Atkinson, Stephen Daldry etc.
