     Their Market Position:

Working Title are involved in their films marketing so they can create their own marketing campaigns while even collaborating with the studio. The company checks the distribution plan, the marketing campaign, and the marketing budget. Therefore, they are responsible for making the film and are involved in the marketing of the film. The work between Universal and Working Title is collaborative work because, Working Title develops materials of their choices but on the production decisions, the budget will be the factor which can give the studio the ability of refusing it but only if it's over a certain level.
